Luke Barrett studied BA Spanish and Translation at Roehampton and graduated in 2009, and then went on to complete an MA in Audio Visual Translation in 2010. Since then, he has worked in a variety of roles across subtitling and media accessibility, and is now a Live Subtitling Manager at Sky working on live news, football, golf, rugby and F1.
He recently caught up with us about his time at Roehampton and how it influenced his current career as part of our Alumni Stories series.
