The Brighter Futures Santander Universities Grant is a financial aid programme designed to support students who face economic challenges that may hinder their ability to pursue or continue higher education. Rooted in Santander Bank’s philanthropic vision, this programme is crafted to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity, ensuring that financial constraints do not stand in the way of educational aspirations. The University of Roehampton has 10 grants of £1,000 to give away to our students!
Why is it Important?
The grants aim to empower students through opportunity. The grant can assist financially with anything to do with studying. This can include rent, bills, groceries, textbooks, anything that helps assist you during your time at Roehampton.
What Students Need to Know
It is an inclusive opportunity, which means any Roehampton student can enter. This includes undergraduates, postgraduates, part-time and full-time students.
The closing date will come up quick! You must apply by 11pm on 29 March 2024.
How to apply
You’ll need to register for an account on the Santander Open Academy platform, if you don’t already have one. After registering you’ll then need to confirm your email address. Log in then press ‘Get Started’ to begin the application process – you’ll need to select your university from the list of those participating.
