- Swap social media with talking on the phone or face-to-face contact

- Take part in social activities
- Take small steps to incorporate more walking throughout your day
Give
- Your time

Learn
- Try something creative
- Try a new hobby
- Read or watch new things
- Research things you have always wondered about
Be in the present
- Go to a familiar place and look for one thing you have never noticed before
- Prepare for tomorrow but don’t worry about it
- Reflect on yesterday but do not live in the past
- Name what you are thinking, feeling and doing now and try to be in the moment with it
- It is okay to be you and still want to improve things at the same time
