Wellbeing Support at Roehampton

Student Wellbeing Officers

Student Wellbeing Officers  are available Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm. The Student Wellbeing Officers are friendly, supportive staff who can help you deal with any personal issues that may arise. As well as offering confidential support, they can also help you find sources of advice and support from outside the University, including counselling, mental health and sexual health services.

Wellbeing Drop-Ins

Wellbeing drop-ins take place from 1-2pm each weekday at the Student Wellbeing Office in the Richardson Building on Digby Stuart campus. There is also a further drop-in from 5-6pm every Tuesday. The drop-in sessions are available to all students, especially if you need urgent wellbeing support and/or have not received a reply from your Student Wellbeing Officer within 48 hours.

Wellbeing Activities & Events

  • Wellbeing Hour takes place every Thursday from 1-2pm in various campus locations.
  • Wellbeing Yoga takes place every Mondays throughout the year (excluding Bank Holidays and Christmas Closure) at 6:30pm in Digby Chapel.
  • Community Lunch takes place every Tuesday from 12:30-1:30pm at The Base (Digby Stuart College). All students are welcome to attend – it’s a great way to meet with fellow students and staff and enjoy some delicious food including garlic breads, cheeses, vegan soups and salads for a suggested donation of £2.
  • Tea and Toast afternoons provide a chance to relax at the end of the week and meet other students over some light refreshments. Every Thursday from 4pm in the Well, Southlands.
