Rhiannon Lambert | Alumni Stories

Rhiannon Lambert graduated from her BSc in Nutrition and Health in 2014 and her MSc in Obesity: Risks and Prevention in 2016. Since graduating she has gone on to set up her own Nutrition Clinic, alongside becoming a Sunday Times bestselling author and also the host of Food For Thought- a nutrition, health and wellness podcast with over six million downloads.

She recently caught up with us about her time at Roehampton, and how it has influenced her current career, as part of our Alumni Stories series.

The University of Roehampton changes lives by helping our students to develop the confidence, knowledge and values they need for a successful and fulfilling life. We produce world-class research that helps us understand the world and change it for the better.
